Prohibited Activities
You agree not to share usernames, passwords or other access credentials that allow access to protected portions of this website
​Participation in all classes, workshops or events

You must be over the age of 18 to book onto any class, workshop or event unless otherwise agreed.

You must complete a Mosaic Arabic Dance Network questionnaire before you attend any dance sessions, classes, workshops or events that Kalash Tribal offers. By completing the MADN questionnaire you confirm to us that you have no known condition or are undergoing any treatment that would prevent you from being capable of physical exercise in all material aspects.

Failure to complete and return the above mentioned questionnaire will be treated as ACCEPTANCE - ie. that you have no known condition or are undergoing any treatment that would prevent you from being capable of physical exercise in all material aspects.

Every time you enter any class, workshop or event, you confirm to Kalash Tribal that you have no medical conditions known to you that would mean that you are not capable of all forms of exercise and that such exercise will not be detrimental to your health. If in doubt, it is your sole responsibility to consult a medical professional.

The purchase of any class, workshop or event applies to you personally. You may not sell, transfer, assign or lend it to another person without prior permission from Kalash Tribal.

The number of places in classes, workshops and events is limited and we will implement a waiting list if we feel it necessary to do so

Dance Classes in person

By purchasing a Class Card you are entitled to attend any of the in person dance classes offered up to a maximum of 6 times within 6 consecutive weeks. The Class Card is a contract and is non-refundable for any reason.
Online Dance Classes
-
By purchasing a block of LIVE Online Classes you are entitled to attend 4 consecutive weeks of online classes transmitted via Zoom in the level booked at the time of booking. The 4 week block booking is a contract and is non-refundable for any reason.

Should you be unable to attend a class within the designated period of the 4 week block booking you may substitute an online class in a different level as long as space is available and it falls within the same time period as the original booking and that you inform Kalash Tribal in advance.
Oasis Workshops

By purchasing an ONLINE Oasis workshop you are entitled to receive two hours of tuition transmitted via Zoom on the date advertised.

By purchasing an Oasis workshop you are entitled to receive three hours of tuition in person on the date advertised
-
Should you be unable to attend a workshop on the advertised date you will forfeit your place and no refund will be given.

You are permitted to transfer or re-sell your place on the workshop provided the replacement takes place at least 48 hours in advance and with the consent of Kalash Tribal.
Payments and Fees

Payment for any class, workshop or event is by Paypal to kalash.tribal@gmail.com and must cover all fees and charges incurred by Paypal.

Payment by bank transfer is available on request and all charges and fees incurred must be covered and included in the payment.

All fees and charges are subject to periodic increases and we reserve the right to change the costs of our services at any point.
Refunds and cancellations​

Serendipity Weekend Retreat where accommodation and food is provided: - in the event of cancellation by Kalash Tribal you will be refunded in full less any Paypal or bank fees/charges incurred at the time of booking - in the event of cancellation by the participant then any deposit to secure a place is non-refundable in any case. - irrespective of whether payment has been paid in full or is by instalments the participant will be liable to pay the organisers: 50% of the total cost for cancellation up to 90 days before the event 75% of the total cost for cancellation up to 60 days before the event 100 % of the total cost for cancellation up to 30 days before the event or in the case of NO SHOW

4 week class block bookings are non-refundable. Should Kalash Tribal have to cancel any class in a 4 week block the class session will be carried forward to the next available class in the same level

Kalash Tribal reserves the right to postpone any class, workshop or event if an instructor is unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances.

Kalash Tribal reserves the right to substitute any instructor at an event should they be unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances
Photography and Video

Kalash Tribal reserves the right to take photos, videos and online recordings of our classes, workshops and events for press and other promotional uses – please advise at the time should you wish to opt out

Kalash Tribal will take a screenshot of each online class and workshop as a record of attendance for that purpose only
Health commitment statement
Your health is your own responsibility.
Kalash Tribal’s commitment to you
Kalash Tribal will:

endeavour to ensure that personal training is maintained on an annual basis to ensure delivery of the highest calibre of teaching.

make every reasonable effort to make sure that our venues are in a safe condition for you to use.

respect your own personal decisions. You do not have any obligation to follow what our instructor/s advise you to do.
-
resume any online class or workshop as soon as possible should transmission fail due to poor internet connection or low bandwidth. However quality of transmission is outside our control, when the internet is under pressure bandwidth will fluctuate.
Your commitment to Kalash Tribal

You should ensure that you have carried out a thorough warm-up and stretch prior to any dancing

Remember that for online classes/workshops your instructor is unable to physically see you to make any corrections to your movements so it is your responsibility to ensure that you exercise to your own abilities and limits. You should always exercise in a safe manner.

If you are concerned or know that you may have a medical condition that may affect your dancing you should seek medical advice prior to attending classes or workshops

If you feel ill or injure yourself during classes or workshops you should stop exercising, should let us know immediately and seek appropriate help

There are risks when exercising. You should not undertake any exercises that you have been told are not suitable for you.
You agree that if you take part in any class, workshop or event you are participating voluntarily and do so at your own risk. You agree to release and discharge Kalash Tribal, Kelley Beeston and all instructors either on this website or at any of our in person classes, workshops and events from any and all claims or causes of action
