Thank you so much for taking the time to look through our donated goodies, we hope you've found something to love and treasure knowing that you are supporting our Sister to Sister projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

We have a fabulous range of items across many different belly dance styles which will be auctioned every day. All you have to do is email kalash.tribal@gmail.com by 18:00 / 6pm (UK time)​ quoting the code number of the item/s you would like and the amount you would like to donate for each item​.  

Each item has a minimum reserve price and a guide price.  Your bid can be lower or higher than the guide price but if it doesn't meet the reserve price then the item will not be sold and will rollover to the next day's auction. 

The highest bid above the reserve price, received by 18:00 / 6pm each day will be accepted

If your offer is accepted we will email you with information on how to make your donation.

Postage & Delivery

• Free 2nd class postage on all orders to mainland UK, consequently there is no tracking facility available

• Please advise if you would like to upgrade your postage, at your own cost, to include tracking or insurance and we will let you know the cost

• Postage to Europe, USA or anywhere else in the world will be advised and incur an additional cost BUT you will only pay the difference between UK Mainland postage and your destination postage

• We will send an email confirming when your item has been shipped together with a photograph of proof of posting

• Once your item has been handed to the postal service Kalash Tribal will no longer be responsible for the item/s

​Please do your own research in respect of import /customs duties to your country but our understanding is that:

• Gifts to the EU are exempt from customs duty and VAT up to a value of €45​.

• Gifts worth up to $100 may be sent, free of duty and tax, to friends and relatives in the United States, as long as the same person does not receive more than $100 worth of gifts in a single day.​

Refunds

Please bear in mind that all the items have been donated for this fundraiser. Some are new, some nearly new meaning they have only been worn a few times but most are pre-loved and as such they may show signs of wear or have small imperfections. Some items have been recycled/upcycled, some items are vintage and show signs of age so do please ensure you have checked the description of each item before ordering. We are happy to answer any questions or send further photographs of any item on request.
